Site role
This website is a lead-generation and referral service. The website operator is not the contractor performing stump grinding, root work, excavation, cleanup, or related services.
No service contract or guarantee
Submitting a request does not create a service contract and does not guarantee contact, provider availability, an estimate, pricing, job acceptance, scheduling, results, licensing, insurance, or workmanship.
Independent providers
A provider that receives a consented request is independent from the website operator. The provider must confirm its own scope, price, availability, qualifications, insurance, safety practices, and service agreement directly with the requester.
Property, permits, utilities, and authorization
The requester is responsible for accurate property and access information and for confirming ownership or strata authorization, applicable permits, utility locations, private services, and site conditions. Website content is not legal, arboricultural, excavation, utility-locate, or emergency advice.
Information and acceptable use
Information is provided for general request planning and may change. A requester must not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or third-party personal information without authority.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. The call line and text-only estimate form are active. Indexing is enabled. Analytics, automatic provider routing, and payments remain disabled.
Future business-client and payment terms
Stripe payments, website rentals, lead-routing subscriptions, refunds, cancellation, and failed-payment terms are separate from these consumer estimate-request terms and will be documented before any payment feature is activated.
British Columbia law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
